Believe you can and you're halfway there.

Laurie is an amazing coach! She has supported me in various areas of my life that are challenging. For example, Laurie helped me to identify ways to create space for myself especially, since I have become a caregiver for my mom who has Alzheimer’s all while maintaining my business. In our coaching, I become more aware that my self-care is important to attend to so that I can thrive and be my best self without guilt. She coached me on the reality that to make space is really all about me giving myself permission to have it and to no longer make it optional. I shifted my mindset around what is possible in the midst of a very full life. I’m learning how to manage all the moving pieces in my life successfully and to get things done that matters most with joy and peace. I’ve leaned into Laurie reminding me that if I just surrender to God on a continuous bases and let Him carry the weight and responsibility of the fulness of my life, His grace is sufficient.
